Do you know I shoot in RAW and do my basic PS on the RAW files too? My white balance will either be as shot or auto. I will always underexpose and then brighten. Minor shadow and contrast adjustment unless I want the effect.
Sometimes, when I have difficulty selecting, I will create more than 1 version of a picture. run a slideshow and start eliminating.
ps: Don't tell me you don't realize that I like my colors rich and dark. Kept wondering the actual color of the tiger Oh ya! tried what you suggested with the seladang and other versions too. Like this one best

I think the tone he used for the buruh shot works especially as the lighting was bright. I donno... I've tested that tone on my shots but somehow I still prefer the rich dark hues. I've always liked it that way.

Please try and look at the photos again and let your imagination wander. Use your mind and draw from memories to fill in the faces and the colors. Extend your vision across the border of the pictures. Do you see a wedding? Then erase what you saw in your mind leaving only the pictures posted. Look again and ask yourself “Have the essence of the wedding been captured?”
